Toronto Area Events and Activities this Summer 2022
Toronto’s Festival of Beer! (July 22nd – July 24th)
Each year Toronto’s Festival of Beer, presented by The Beer Store, welcomes hundreds of brewers which collectively feature over 400 brews. You’ll find your next favourite beer whether it’s local, national, or international. And look out for our TFOB Spotlight programme which shines the light on the hottest trends in the drinks industry along with focusing on interesting beer styles and unique beer destinations. The festival runs from July 22 to 24th. If you are not a fan of alcohol, you can always check out a cannabis dispensary like Budders Cannabis to look at some alternative options.
Mississauga Latin Festival (July 29th)
After a two-year hiatus, the festival anticipates bringing joy to Celebration Square through cheerful music, beautiful folklore, and delicious food, giving attendees the opportunity to meet distant family and friends once again. The Canadian Reggae Festival has some of the best food and music you will find at a summer festival this year! The ever so popular event returns to Brampton this year for a weekend of music, food, and fun for everyone! Sum41 & All Time Low @ Budweiser Stage (July 14th)
Doors open at 5:00pm and the show starts at 5:45pm! This is a rain or shine event that is sure to have everyone jumping out of their seats! Sum41 Returns to Canada with a stop at Budweiser Stage during their upcoming tour! What an awesome way to celebrate Canada and Cannabis, with a good old Rock Show! Veld Music Festival (July 29th – July 31st)
VELD Music Festival 2022 features a lineup of electronic dance music and hip-hop! It happens at Downsview Park in Toronto. The official Veld Music Festival 2022 dates are July 29 - 31. This has been confirmed on the Veld Music Festival website.
Veld is the definitive Canadian electronic music festival experience. A neon paradise home to green fields, earth-rattling bass, and enchanting lights, year-by-year Velders are hypnotized by fireworks, the best music and dancefloor emotions. My Favourite – Canadian International Air Show @ The EX (September 3rd – 5th)
The Canadian International Air Show is a jam-packed air display showcasing modern military jets, vintage warbirds, thrilling aerobatics and of course our beloved Canadian Forces Snowbirds celebrating their 50th season.
The Exclusive Air Show Zone is located directly in front of center stage and has live narration of the event playing throughout. The show can also be seen from some areas within the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) Fair. Additional viewing areas are available across the Lakeshore; however it would be a side view of the maneuvers and no speakers to hear the narration.

Milton’s Canada Day Celebration & Fireworks (July 1st)
Looking to catch some amazing fireworks this Canada Day? Look no further. The Milton Fairground will have everything you expect to find at a Canada Day Celebration! Come celebrate Canada Day with us at the Milton Fairgrounds! Food trucks, lots of games, inflatables, and entertainment for the whole family! Entry by donation please. Fireworks will start at dark. 2022 Hillside Festival Guelph (July 22nd – July 24th)

Because Beer! Craft Beer Festival (July 15th – July 16th)
Because Beer! offers a unique opportunity to sample hundreds of craft beers and ciders from dozens of craft beer and cider makers, chat with brewers, and enjoy hours of fun, including a free retro arcade. Festival-goers can also take in great music, as well as delicious food served up by specialty food vendors. If you are not a big beer drinker, search up a Budders Cannabis Store in Hamilton. Hamilton Ribfest 2022 (August 19th – August 21st)
