Terms and Conditions

Budders Cannabis is an Authorized Cannabis Retailer, licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018. All cannabis sales are conducted in strict compliance with provincial and federal regulations.

2.1 Strict 19+ Requirement:
You must be at least 19 years of age to access this site and purchase products. By using this site, you legally affirm that you are 19 years of age or older.

2.2 Two-Step Verification:
We utilize a two-step age verification process:

• Digital Gate: You confirm your age upon entering the site.
• Physical Verification: Valid, government-issued photo identification matching the name on the order must be presented upon delivery or in-store pickup. If the recipient appears under 25 and cannot produce valid ID, the delivery will be refused.

Budders Cannabis operates a hybrid retail model. Your rights and our fulfillment methods differ depending on the product type purchased:

3.1 Cannabis Products (Regulated)

• Fulfillment: Sold and fulfilled exclusively by Budders Cannabis from our licensed retail locations.
• Jurisdiction: Available for purchase ONLY by individuals physically located within our designated local delivery zones in Ontario, Canada.
• Restrictions: We strictly prohibit the shipment of cannabis products across provincial borders or internationally.

3.2 Accessories & Merchandise (Dropshipped)

• Fulfillment: Certain non-cannabis items (pipes, vaporizers, apparel) are fulfilled via our network of third-party wholesale partners.
• Jurisdiction: These items may be shipped nationally within Canada.

4.1 Local Cannabis Delivery (Ontario Only)
Orders containing cannabis are delivered by our dedicated drivers or licensed last-mile carriers. Delivery is restricted to private residences and permissible locations. Cannabis will never be left unattended at a doorstep.

4.2 Accessory Shipping (National)
Accessories may be shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS).

• Split Shipments: If your order contains both Cannabis and Accessories, you may receive two separate shipments.
• Tracking: You will receive separate tracking information for dropshipped items once the third-party supplier processes the order.

5.1 Cannabis Products:
Exceptions are only made for Recalls or Defective Products. Note: Potency values (THC/CBD) are estimates provided by the OCS. Minor variations in weight or potency do not constitute a defect.

5.2 Accessories (Dropshipped):
Returns are subject to the policies of our third-party suppliers.

• Damaged on Arrival: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Warranty: Electrical devices often carry manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in connecting with the manufacturer.

6.1 Dropship Consent:
By purchasing an accessory fulfilled by a third-party partner, you explicitly consent to Budders Cannabis sharing your Name, Address, and Phone Number with that supplier solely for order fulfillment.

6.2 Data Security:
We do not store, scan, or retain digital copies of your identification on our servers after the transaction is completed, except where required by law.

Content Accuracy: We make every effort to display product details accurately. For dropshipped items, we rely on data provided by suppliers.

Health Warnings: Cannabis consumption carries health risks. Please consume responsibly. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while under the influence of cannabis.

Budders Cannabis acts as the retailer of record but assumes no liability for the manufacturing defects of accessories shipped by third-party partners. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
