The only criticism from customers being, one the price, and two the relatively large size. Which to that we would say, you get what you pay for with Storz & Bickel, and the larger size is due to the additional battery giving you 90 minutes of continues use, which is great.

There are cheaper devices but if you go much lower the quality and capabilities will be lost.
