For your product to be considered for a return/exchange, it must be unused and in brand new condition. At Budders Cannabis we realize there are many different reasons and we do our best to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied in choosing our online vaporizer store. 

How does it work?

• We only accept returns for unused items in original condition. Used items may be considered for our vaporizer trade-in program. 
• Returns must be initiated by the customer within 14 days of when your order was delivered
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and included accessories 
• The original shipping cost will be deducted from the customer refund amount
• The Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred to deliver and return the item
• Items returned for a refund are subject to a restocking fee of 15%
• Customer Refund will be issued when the product has been received by Budders Cannabis and issued approval in accordance with the refund policy
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a return if it does not meet with our returns policy

Defective Products

If you detect a defect in your item during use we recommend contact the manufacturer and working with their customer support team to get you a replacement device ASAP.  Please also check the product manual and the brands FAQ in their support section.  The customer can always loop Budders Cannabis into communications with the brands customer support team for any assistance.
